Ministry informs schools to hold Grade 10 second term exams before Ramadan

Maldives’ Education Ministry has informed all schools to hold the second term test for Grade 10 students before the month of Ramadan.

A circular sent to all schools on Thursday, signed by the Director General of the Education Ministry Ibrahim Asif Rasheed, said schools have been requesting the ministry to let them hold the second term test for Grade 10 students before Ramadan.

As per requests made by the schools, they have decided to hold the second term test between February 25 and March 14 next year.

Ramadan is set to start on March 10 next year.

Grade 10 students currently do their O Level exams in the months of May and June.
